FitCamp is a fun filled outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. FitCamp will keep your workouts fun and dynamic while taking you to the next level in endurance, strength and flexibility.
Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old routine, this program is for you. Our classes are offered Monday thru Friday and offer a total wellness solution for your body. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we focus primarily on cardiovascular activities and on Tuesdays and Thursdays we work on strenght and endurance.
