FitCamp is a fun filled outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. FitCamp will keep your workouts fun and dynamic while taking you to the next level in endurance, strength and flexibility.
Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same old routine, this program is for you. Our classes are offered Monday thru Friday and offer a total wellness solution for your body. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we focus primarily on cardiovascular activities and on Tuesdays and Thursdays we work on strenght and endurance.
FitCamp to the Max will supplement your basic program with an initial individual 1 hour evaluation with a personal trainer, four 1/2 hour weekly follow-ups and a final 1/2 hour evaluation with a personal trainer. At the initial meeting we will weigh you, measure you and take your body composition readings to establish a baseline and ensure that you set realistic and achievable goals. Weekly we meet to evaluate your progress, review your food and activity journals and make any necessary adjustments to the plan. At the end, we perform all measurements again to track your progress. This is the total accountability package!
