We are proud to present a creative and innovative way to get children in K-6 to increase their test scores, reduce school violence and be compliant with California state physical education standards. FitKids First is a sustainable program that supports teachers in all aspects of programming and implementation to their classrooms.
Our kits include all the equipment and workouts necessary to implement a standards based physical fitness program ove the entire school year that is stress free and fun.
The FitKids First kit is versatile and can be used in after-school programs to enhance the children's experience and ensure that they are being active, learning about their bodies and having fun!
